You Sound Hollow; This Upsets Me.

Wow, Melo is back. It doesn't seem that great so far, but as mentioned above this entry box, the site is under construction, so hopefully I won't be disappointed. Things are going good for me, I guess? I'm getting good grades, I have a new boyfriend, I saw Subtle in concert last night, and Leise doesn't dislike me, or want to sever all ties with me like I thought.
I think I'm going to make an Anticon stencil for my jacket. FUCKS yes. Uh. I am going to detail last nights events. Woo.
Molly's Dad picked me up at around 5:15 yesterday, and he dropped us off at the train station. We got our train tickets to San Mateo, and then proceeded to walk around the Sunnyvale Shopping Center(?) for 10 minutes, if even that. Then we went back, and sat down on a bench and waited for the train. One passed by us that didn't stop, and it was moving by so fast that it nearly took my breath away. I thought I was going to blow around like a piece of paper. I enjoyed the feeling of it. After that one, our train came. I WAS SO EXCITED! I've only ever been on the train once, and that was when I was a wee child, so I don't really remember much of it. Molly and I talked. I expressed my feelings of unadequacy that were setting in, because of all of the new people I was to meet, and the fact that Leise was there. She described everyone, and how people would act, which I suppose was actually accurate, for the most part. We got off the train, and went to a little bakery in Downtown San mateo to wait for Jessika and Anna to pick us up. I got an orange muffin. It was GOOD. We were there for a while, and then we got picked up, and listened to Mike Patton on our way to San Francisco. We got lost, and kept traveling around in circles. More than 6 circles, less than 15. I think. When I move to Frisco, I'm taking the fucking bus everywhere. Screw driving. I would get way too aggravated. I would CRY. Fuck do I love capitalizing words. So we finally got there, with plenty of time to spare. Right as I walked in I saw Dose One. I was so excited. He walked by us a few times, but I was too afraid to say anything. So were the other people that I was with. We went up to the front of the stage and I met a few new people, and I saw Leise, and freaked out a little bit, until she started rubbing my back? It made me happy, just because I knew that things weren't going to be awkward. We were at the front of the stage for a while, and then I decided to go over and buy some crap, and talk to Dose, and it was wonderful. He was so nice, I loved talking to him. I got his autograph, his book Pelt, and "A New White; the Subtle CD. After Molly finished talking to him, she walked back to the stage and she was practically convulsing. It was funny. Then we stood around some more, and the first band went on. They were called Frog Eyes. They sounded good, but I think that I'd get bored of them after a while. Next up was Onibaba, featuring Zach Hella, Kid 606, and Mike Patton. They were not what i had expected at ALL. It was mostly instrumental and electronic. No real singing, Mike just doing crazy shit with his voice. As I was typing, I spelled out "house" rather than voice. Uh, yeah. I was somewhat disappointed, I mean it was good and all, and if I got their CD I'd probably enjoy listening to it, but it got boring to watch after a while. Man, Zach Hella MADE that fucking performance. I have never seen someone play the drums so...Hard. He didn't even look like he was on our plane of existance anymore...With how absorbed he was in it, it was great. I've never even heard of him before and now I consider him one of my favorite and most respected musicians. I must learn more! A sidenote:Mike Patton looks like a child molester, with his slicked back hair and goatee. Man. Crazy. After Onibaba, was SUBTLE. Dose One, Jel, Dax, Marty Powers, Jordan Dalrymple, and Alex Kort. They completely stole the show. Jel looks like a Monkee with his hair cut, it's so adorable. I will not stop mentioning it, either. Dose has a wonderfully flamboyant stage presence..Wow. There was some interperative stuff going on, as expected. Everyone in the band was adorned in white clothing. When the first song began, not even half way into it I knew I was in love. They did an encore song, too, which was awesome to the MAX. Mhmm.
Then after the show as everyone cleared away from the stage, it was still Jessika, Anna, Molly and I, and some drunk guy walks up, yelling arbitrary sentences and trying to do I don't know what. "This isn't real hip-hop! They can't put on a show for three straight hours, this ain't hip-hop! I don't know if highschool just let out but You kids don't know hip-hop. Yeah, you don't know rock either, you don't know punk rock." Then he gave Molly a hug. Fuck yeah, man, we're all so punk rock. NO. Only Jason is punk rock. Ha.
We then went back to Jason's house, we being Jason, Molly, Pinar, Leise and I. I told my Daddy i was sleeping over at Molly's...When I wasn't! I'm so bad. We made Tater tots and french fries. And I drank a lot of juice. We listened to music most of the time, and my armpits kept itching. It was weird because for the remainder of the day before then my boobs kept itching. It migrated...Hm. So Pinar left, and I stayed up until 5 listening to music, and then I left Jason's room because I felt weird. And I read some of my book, and then I past out on the couch. It was really cold. I wanted to use Sally as a blankie, but no such luck. =\
This is too fucking long.
