------The battle began not long after the last bit of sunlight-faded from the landscape. The demons waited till the moment when all was balanced, to make the first strike. The forces of light, the ones of shining beauty and cruel hearts never stood a chance against those of the radiating darkness. The chaotic host took the crystal walls of the shining peoples city an tore them to rubble, mixing their own blood with the stone so that it could never be raised for the evil of light again.
------The darkly beautiful ones forced the shining ones farther and farther back into their city, finally trapping them within the keep at the base of the coldly glistening mountains. The evil ones of light poured molten metal upon the forces of good, burning their flesh even as they forced their way towards the keeps gates. The dark ones fell back, destroyed by the bright ones, but not yet beat.
------The dark ones called upon their greatest miracle workers, and asked that they bless the light ones, and curse the dark ones, there bye saving them all. The wise ones did as they were asked, working a great spell, which trapped the evil of light in the pureness of the night sky above the earth. The people of darkness then gave their lives to cure the light ones, slowly putting out their evil lights and making all dark and black. The goodness of the dark ones still works each night upon the stars in the sky, and each time a star vanishes, another of the light is purified and returned to the darkness of good.
