operation: sexy

i am leaving for california in 3 weeks which means i have 3 weeks to lose the 10lbs i gained over christmas break.

SO, here's my plan:

EXERCISE:
-45-60 minutes at the gym every day
-some other form of exercise (yoga, pilates, workout videos) every night
-walk franklin and maggie every day it's warm

DIET:
-3 hour diet which consists of eating within one hour of waking up, every 3 hours after that, and stop eating 3 hours before bed.
-eat small portions! 400 calorie meals and 100 calorie snacks.
-NOTHING but water, crystal light, and tea.

GROCERY LIST:
-vegetables: broccoli, carrots (...? i hate vegetables.)
-fruits: apples, oranges, bananas
-carbs: wheat bread
-dairy: low-fat cheese, eggs, margarine
-drinks: crystal light, green tea
-snacks: 100 calorie packs, chocolate

i sure hope it works. :)
