My dad came over tonight to look at some of the drywall work around the window, and he suggested that I apply for food stamps. I should be getting my first unemployment check this week, and since a lot of people in Vegas are already getting food stamps, there's no reason why I shouldn't at least look into it. Since I live by myself, I don't think I'd use very much, but at least I wouldn't have to pay for it out of my own pocket.
The girlfriend is in Laguna this week, which will make me super bored. Thank goodness I have lots of work to do around the house. That should keep me busy until she gets back.

My dad said he'd pay me for doing some work at his rental house, which is where I'm living now. It's not much, and not many hours, but it's definitely more than what I'm making now. It would be a good supplement to whatever I can get from unemployment. It makes me thing that it may have been a better idea to take the part-time job with Ritz, but there wasn't any guarantee that I'd even get any hours. Fail.
My melo needs some color. Oh well. I'll work on that later.

it's all good no worries. i'm only on when i am terribly bored and have nothing else to do. which is right now apparently.
and i haven't had a job in a long time either, but i suppose becoming a portrait model is my job now, but it's only once to twice a week.

my boyfriend and i moved to toronto. that was an epic move. left everything and everyone behind. we got a kitty once we were settled. it's been a stressful time for sure.

It was actually more like 6 hrs. i would have to go at either 4 or 6 pm.
