haha well the drummer had some family stuff to do yesterday but, our lead singer is also a composer and has probably over a hundred songs written. It's a pretty nice situation for me since I'm not a writer.
He makes homework cd's for everyone in the band. This shit is pure genius man!
I'm working on a music page so as soon as we record again we'll have some demo stuff for you to hear!
I can't really compare it to anything but if i had to label it, i guess its post modern punk. (that is not pussy punk though)

The thing with drone is that you can be very experimental since there's such long measures. I'm pretty much the only one out of any of the people i play with that likes that sort of thing. So its just me by myself playing drone guitars bass, and synths all the time. Its cool to see people getting down to what your playing.

I play in a punk band. I just quit a rock original/cover band and now i have to put myself back into metal mode to play with eric! I have been working out a Drone metal thing similar to sunn O but I'm trying to find a solution to doing it between myself and a guitar player in a live scenario. Zebulon kosted is also a big influence to me right now.

we are using cakewalk four, We messed with some theory tonight and also discussed redoing all that. I think the fuzz is just a wierd tube modeler he plays through. Oh and "drop C" tuning on one of those songs! Thats pretty much all I do is jam experimental drone and noise shit on my own.

There is some strange different vibe. A bitter one, perhaps. I haven't really been able to put a finger on it though.
I still talk to a few of the old people that i met a few years ago.

Oh i guess whatever i can find that makes a squeal, seriously though its made with some circuit bent synths, some normal ones fuck loads of distortion, effects filters, feedback. And the proper mixture of good and bad attitude. I guess things are changing and I'm doing more and more drones and audible grunts.
