Help for My Sister's Quest
Here is the deal, this blog is broken into several parts: My sister's quest to be a vegetarian, my thoughts on being a vegetarian, and brain-storming ideas to help her.
My sister is wanting to be a vegetarian. She has already had a small trial to see if she could go a week without eating meat; she made it five days and on the fifth day she broke down and ate sausage. She has come to the conclusion that her downfall is pig related foods; I also broke down the amout of meats I eat and the main staple item is chicken.
I've always wanted to try being a vegetarian and I was for a few months but I'm already a sickly person and cutting meat out of my diet just wasn't an option that and living in the South and not eating meat is an extremely hard feat to accomplish. My thoughts on not eating meat is that depending on what type of area you live in really can impede or help on your success at eliminating meat from your diet; I believe that living in a urban enviroment increases the success ratio versus living in a rural landscape. My view also includes the idea that animals raised in these enviroments for food are different; animal raised for food in a urban enviroment are more cruel than those raised locally in a rural enviroment. Having lived in the South I know people who are self-sufficient and don't buy meat from grocery stores. They either hunt or raise their own meat and those animals are treated amazingly well. So you can easily see my view is neither black nor white in this area. I would love to not eat meat but I can't because of health reasons and where I live but maybe one day I could try again and be successful.
With this being said I want my sister to really try. Maybe she'll fair better than I did...with this being said....
Is anyone a vegetarian and would like to give me ideas about how to help Hannah? Was it hard to eliminate meat from your diet? Any recipes? Do you share the same theory that where you live effects your success?
Who knows maybe I'll try vegetarianism again with Hannah. =]

Day 12: Dear Dad.
Dear Dad:
You are the person that has caused the most pain in my life so much that it makes me hate you as a person. Any man that leaves his family for another woman isn't a father or even a real man.
You love money over anything else. You refuse to pay for some of my college tuition which puts me and mom in a hard spot, but then you turn around and buy a full-blooded show horse.
You cheated on my mom for three years with her best friend and Hannah's best friend's mom. You replaces us [Hannah, mom, and I] for another family. You left mamaw and I when papaw was at his sickest, but came in the last week of his life and the week after claiming that you helped. And these aren't even the main reason you caused some much pain and damage in my life.
I hate hearing rumors come back to me that you have told people. You have never taken me and James out. In fact, you barely knew James. I hate hearing that you and your bitch girlfriend are close to me "and any guy I bring home".
I am just now getting over body image problems that I have had in my life. Hearing all my pre-teen years, "You've gained weight." "Are you eating again?" "Do you really want to eat that?"
Hearing things like "I don't want to wait on her to get ready...let's leave her behind." doesn't help either. "We all know why it takes so long for her to get ready." "I refuse to go anywhere with her wearing that."
Every issue I have ever had in my life had come from things you have repetively said to me.
You need to assess your life and figure out your real priorities. Your real family, your blood family is way more important than some married woman that is slutty and bitchy that treats you and everyone around her like shit. You should learn that when you run from people that no one will come help you when you need it. Money can't buy everything; you think it does but it only buys superficial things and slutty girls.
Go to hell and enjoy your stay there asshole.

Confusion and Interest
As much as I hate Dragon Ball Z and all of its spin-offs, I'm interested in the art style.
It's nothing like I've seen before. The face proportions are off balanace and unconventional. Eyes are attached to eyebrows, some don't have noses, some don't have whites of the eyes, corners of eyes are inexsistent, and just other little tiny details that other people don't notice but me. Why? That's all I want to know.

No a teenager that doesn't listen when I say "I'm standing right behind you" and then proceeds turn around and essentially head-butt me hard enough to have possibly caused black eyes. haha
Yeah no kidding. Chrono trigger had a much better story though. Although, it is a video game rather than a show
I want someone to ramble haha. It really is an interesting style; you can defiantely tell that it is innovating. I just can't get into the storyline though.
It's just how his art style is. Toriyama's characters and scenes are quite simple, in a way. And it's not just with DBZ. You can look at Chrono Trigger, Blue Dragon, Dragon Warrior (dragon quest in the states), and see the same things in those mediums, although I think the art in Chrono trigger is the best of any of them.

I've decided if I do decide to be an English teacher...I may use the 30 Letters as a self-discover/writing assignment. I mean I've learned a lot about myself and it isn't really a chore to do so. I got this idea because I would be teaching higher highschool English and for senior year they had us do this memory project where we had to write about our lives from birth unil the present day and it seriously felt like a chore but this would a new twist on the Virginia senior requirement.

It started getting dirty...haha pinching and biting...haha...I think my sister won though....She may be young but she's very athletic and my ex was a whiney baby. I just love the brotherly relationship that she likes to have with my flames...it's sweet.
She's thirteen and she usually would goof off with them and it was always so cute watching them. Like my most current ex and her had this bet about how could pin who to the ground, I think we had watched a MMA fight or something...and watching a twenty year old and a thirteen year old trying to put each other in holds was hilarious...haha
yeah, that always happens. my sister broke up with her fiance (they were together for 3 years), and that guy we loved like family. my siblings and i are still very close to him, though, regardless of how my sister feels about it. the way i've always seen it, he has done nothing wrong to us, and he has done nothing wrong to her. she broke up with him for her own reasons and it really should not be the same reasons that we dismiss our friendship with him. i'm sure it's different from the situations you were in, though.
In my opinion, respecting my little sister is the highest on that list. I'm very close to Hannah, my little sister, and if the guy is in anyway rude or mean to her then they get the axe immediately. The last two guys I've dated she got really close to. The only downside is Hannah loses a friend...and I always feel bad.
i especially like that part where you say that you want someone who will treat your little sister well. i've always believed that if someone loves you, he will also love and respect that people you care about. i'm sure you'll find someone, if you haven't yet. it's all about timing. don't settle for anything less but learn to compromise, as well. :)
